What are the responsibilities of local councils?

Health and well-being is a key focus in the community. I spoke with Cllr George Kup and Cllr Reece Pugh, who represent Birchington North as district councilors. They explain the the responsibilities, limitations and challenges of their role. They also reveal planned changes to local politics and how it is planned to improve services.
